Pioneering Commercial Real Estate Development

Prior to forming Costorde in 2013, the same principals, Denise Anderson and Jeff Mallett operating under Jeff G Mallett and Company, provided real estate, development and build to suit services beginning in 1987. In addition to the services provided to convenience store groups, Costorde also provides development and build to suit services for Chick-fil-A and Starbucks. The principals and managers of Costorde have a combined 78 years of experience in all aspects of single tenant commercial real estate development. Together, they have provided real estate services for over 300 locations within the midwest and southeast United States on behalf of various retailers and fast-food users including Sonic Restaurants, Chick-fil-A, Jack in the Box, Starbucks, IHOP, Eckerd, CVS and Walgreens.

Costorde LLC is owned by Denise Anderson and Jeff Mallett. Denise, who is the Senior Vice President of Development and Construction, handles day to day operations and oversight of real estate consulting and construction management services. Costorde has developed well over 100 single tenant projects. Costorde staff includes Project Coordinator, Lauren Murph, with 20 years’ experience working directly with Denise & Jeff in all aspects of the commercial real estate field. Project Manager, John Babcock, brings 20 years plus of construction expertise to the Costorde team. Riley Gaska, Administrative Assistant, is the newest member to join Costorde, following her graduation from Baylor University in 2022.
